How long does delivery take?

Shipping to main districts typically requires 1-3 business days for delivery. However, more remote or rural locations might experience delivery times of up to 7 business days.
What is the delivery cost?
  • All items above R1000.00 are eligible for free delivery throughout South Africa.
  • Your parcel will be delivered using one of our courier partners including The Courier Guy, RAM, and DHL.

Shipping Policies
National shipping policy?
  • Delivery will take place within 1-3 working days to major centres
  • Delivery will take place up to 10 working days to rural areas.
  • If this time is extended due to unforeseen circumstances we'll be sure to inform you of the new delivery date.
International shipping policy?
  • Yes, we ship all over the world.
  • Shipping charges will be computed during the checkout process based on the geographical location of your delivery address.
  • The anticipated delivery period ranges from 3 to 7 days; however, the precise delivery timeline will be presented during the checkout procedure.
Are import duties included in product price?
  • The product price and shipping cost do not encompass import duties, taxes, and charges.
  • These obligations fall under the responsibility of the buyer. 

Returns and Policies
What is the returns policy?
  • Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • We will arrange the return of the item free of charge for South African locations only.
  • Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
  • We do not accept returns on undergarments.
What is the exchange policy?
  • We will gladly exchange an item for you provided we have the item and size available.
  • Exchanges will be delivered to the original shipping address unless advised otherwise.
What is the refunds policy?
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Should your return be approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, refund time can vary depending on the method of payment used however it usually takes 3-10 working days.
